Required knowledge/skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institutionMinimum of 7+ years of SAP CS ExperienceMust have SAP CS experience for at least 3 full Project lifecycles and at least 1 in S/4 HANA Implementation ProjectStrong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS moduleExtensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customerExtensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processingEquipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognitionExtensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs processKnowledge of service labor posting and integration with time keeping systemKnowledge of material issues and postingsTranslate user's requests into application system solutionsResolve business issues by working with various groups within the companyRedesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with sap functionalityWe are also looking for people with integration capabilities and cross modular capability in SAP SD and MM/LE.Experience in SAP Customer Service, Material Management.Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE) & Financial Accounting (FI) modules.Strong integration with SD, MM, HR, FI, CO, PPExperience in SAP Fiori applicationsStrong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solvingSuccessful cooperation with customer departments, good understanding of business processes and support in the preparation of technical requirements documents.Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written. Preferred SkillsS/4HANA CertificationSufficient Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams.Experience working with site business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes.Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.Excellent communication and documentation skills at CxO level, control of subcontractors.Management of a service delivery organization and monitoring of service level agreements.Identification of additional sales potentials at the customer and generation of further change requests.Experience with standard processes such as e.B.
