Senior Java Developer in the NorthWest England. What will you be doing?Demonstrate leadership qualities to lead the team, providing support to colleagues reporting to you

* Creating applications in an Agile environment using AWS and Java

* Solid code production with test coverage

* Analyse development needs for self and others and pursue opportunities to address these needs through support, guidance, coaching, and formal training

* Utilising information and knowledge of emerging software development methods, tools and standards and actively keeping this knowledge current

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience and good command of the Java programming language with using Spring Framework and data structures

* Practise building high performant scalable backend services in AWS using AWS service such as EKS, Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, AWS Steps, etc.

* Demonstrate understanding of RDBMS development (e.g. Oracle) & SQL skills, and in at least 1 NOSQL DB

Skills not mandatory but will be a plus:

* Hands on experience with messaging systems covering RabbitMQ, Kafka & Mule

* Demonstrate proficiency in DevOps and Agile style of Software Development with knowledge of tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, Jprofiler, Maven etc.
