Enterprise Architect | Remote, 30% Travel | Starting at $140KRole / ResponsibilitiesYou will partner with supply chain leadership and facilitate development of supply chain architecture standards, technology domain strategies, roadmaps, and blueprints for all manufacturing 4.0 lighthouse initiatives across 140+ locations globally.Partner with supply chain and digital leadership to develop and manage strategic digital manufacturing transformation planning processDeveloping and implementing the technology roadmap to transform our manufacturing operations and meet business objectivesAbility to create, develop and optimize manufacturing processes by mapping and documenting the current state. Apply lean techniques, especially Value Stream Mapping, to optimize the process and implement change.Manage and develop the architecture for a broader scope of products / platforms, working closely with operational technology, engineering and application teams that manage a single product or product group.Own and deliver the architectural design for products or product groups and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, digital manufacturing transformation trends, and implementation experience to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution. QualificationsYears of knowledge in IT preferred with Manufacturing experienceExperience managing and leading manufacturing transformationsExperience assessing and leveraging both mainstream and emerging technology advancements in support of either digital manufacturing or digital transformation activitiesExperience leading strategic business process design or improvement projects in manufacturing environments specifically centered on either digital business optimization or digital transformation.Experience working with the intricate technical relationships that exist between ERP, MOM, IOT systems, and how they complement each other.Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.Ability to travel up to 30 - 40% (Depends monthly) Ready to Apply?
