Primarily you will be focused on 1st line issues across the school but will also work on proactive support, including training, inductions as well as supporting on going IT Projects. Description· Supporting the maintenance of the school's IT systems and infrastructure;· Setting up and maintaining the school's laptops provided for student and staff use;· Management of the IT inventory, including hardware items as well as software licenses and warranties;· Efficiently resolving problems of software and hardware operation to minimise downtime;· Efficiently and effectively responding to requests for IT support and providing solutions.ProfileAn enthusiastic and proactive individual is required to support the delivery of IT services to the school with particular emphasis on providing support to students and staff on all IT related matters. Candidates will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role which includes supporting the IT needs of others at a variety of levels in a similar environment coupled with experience of PC and other IT hardware fault findings.-DBS Enhanced certificate essential (Update Service) Job Offer-3-6 month contract with an opportunity for a permanent position-£120 -£140 a day (inside IR35)
