Digital Programme Manager

In this role, you will:

* Be the delivery owner for one or more key digital delivery programmes within Business Banking

* Lead a team of project managers and product owners to deliver a portfolio of projects within your programme(s)

* Own the multi-disciplinary agile teams to deliver best in class new products, services and/or channels to meet or exceed user needs

* Manage programme governance end-to-end, including risks/issues, financials, resourcing, reporting & KPIs.

* Lead engagement with the Global Business Banking team and other stakeholders on prioritisation and the book of work, clearly articulating the digital product vision and outcomes for customers and the bank.

* Lead engagement with IT on the build and design of solutions, including resourcing and prioritisation.

* Lead partnership discussions with 3rd parties for supplying services, or co-developing client experiences in a wider ecosystem

* Work with stakeholders to establish appropriate governance and controls to manage the deployment considering appropriate risk, legal and compliance requirements

* Work with the digital leads to gather, validate and iterate requirements based on regional stakeholder feedback

* Understand the commercial strategy and business goals for the product definition and use this to drive the delivery approach

* Pro-actively Lead and engage all team members (direct and indirect) to achieve the programme deliverables in accordance with set time frames

Knowledge & Experience

* Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Digital change

* Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager

* Past experience of Agile methodologies and collaborating closely with IT teams

* Experience working in Global teams, within a multi-country /multi programme matrix environment

* Experience working in relevant market/context i.e. Desktop Internet, Mobile and Digital within Financial Services

* A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change

* Strong understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution

* Experience of managing 3rd party digital agencies and consultancies

* Working with digital requirements gathering and digital journey mapping, working directly with business stakeholders. Able to articulate how these requirements are elaborated and validated

* Owning, managing and organising requirements catalogues and processes

* Able to demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes
