The position will act as the liaison between the Sales Systems team and the Partner & Channel Accounts teams. The ideal candidate has experience working either with Salesforce CPQ or Quote-to-Cash systems, as well as Salesforce Communities. Job Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst position for CRM systems and applications3+ years' experience with Salesforce CRMExposure to Sales tools like Salesforce CPQ or Quote-to-CashUnderstanding of Salesforce Communities functionalityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements to technical requirementsExperience in cross-functional project management preferredExperience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies Basic Qualifications: Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certificationsSalesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud ConsultantExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (CSM / PMP / Agile Practitioner) certifications are also taken into consideration)Bachelor's (B.S.)
