*Pay Rate*We offer a competitive pay package which includes your base pay, panel pay for each job completed and benefits as listed below:Hourly rate in range of $45-65 depending on experience. Overtime paid at 1.5 hours and benefits - including a 401K as well as medical, dental and visual insurance beginning after 30 days.*Job Description*6-month Contract to PermanentAs the Journeyman Electrician, you will be part of a 4-person crew which will include 2 Licensed Electricians and 2 Solar Installers. Your duties include:- Installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential sites

- Electrical wiring from battery packs to roof

- Terminating invertors, AC/DC voltage systems etc

- Leading the Installers as the most experienced members of the crew to get the job done

- Complete health ad safety training, further training to grow and progress within the companyA company car will also be provided for the crew so you can take materials to sites and return materials if necessary.
