This role will involve Working collaboratively with all impacted stakeholders (business, technology, 3rd parties) to support the successful delivery of DCG projects/ programmes through the provision of best in class business analysis services. You will be Leading the business analysis across large scale/ complex projects; including the management of a team of business analysts where required
Manage the expectations of the relevant business area, facilitating its thinking and ensuring that strategic requirements are realistic and aligned with the future direction and supporting the prioritisation of projects and business needs, understanding constraints within Technology and the business
Create the long term Technology and change demand roadmap and ensure alignment to the business demand roadmap and links to the technology roadmap - with a prioritised view
Support Architecture, providing input into high level requirements and solution shaping
Support the costing, estimating and options analysis for new business requirements, considering technology solution options and contribute to the Business Case
Support the shaping and facilitating of initiatives through the ‘new demand' process and hand off into delivery, working closely with business owners, product managers, and with the portfolio office.
Technology transformation is key to the DC transformation plan and delivering on our vision. It is critical that the Business Partners support the organisation, by identify key technology and solution that help delivery on our Dc strategy and transformation.
You will have the following skills and experience:
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with peer level managers and Senior Executives in a dynamic and maturing business context. No nonsense, pragmatic problem solver.
Leadership ability to attract and lead a diverse set of resources
Exceptional communication skills working with Senior Execs to junior IT staff members
Strong ability to work through ambiguity bringing teams of people with them
Significant industry expertise and thought leadership in this domain
Experience partnering with Finance
Professional Business Analysis qualification (ISEB or equivalent)
