Manager - Cushion and Upholstery Production DepartmentBriantree Essex
We seek a manager at our Braintree factory to establish and run a new department within our long-established company.
The successful applicant must possess:
1. Experience of cushion design and production to a very high standard;
2. An extensive knowledge of the industry that should include, modern CAD production machinery, sewing machines, etc.;
3. Experience in sourcing production materials;
4. The ability to recruit, train and supervise employees and to develop a positive and efficient team environment;
5. A can-do, hands-on attitude that provides leadership by example.
