With multiple offices across the UK they are in a period of growth and expansion with the aim to become a fully comprehensive consultancy covering all building services. Now they are looking for a Draughtsperson to join their design team. In this role you will be based from the Braintree office 3 days per week and out on sites the remaining 2 days of the week. You will be responsible for working on and creating technical designs for a variety of projects including refurbishments and extensions on a range or properties. You will work alongside CAD Technicians to ensure all technical information is correct for tenders and assess contractor design proposals as well as altering and refining initial sketches and designs. You will need to be competent in AutoCAD for this role.
