Client Detailsa leading professional services firmDescriptionAs part of a team provide technical support to approx 400 usersTo provide support to a range of devices including Laptops, Workstations, Tablets, Mobile Phones, Printers and Video Conferencing devicesProvide a customer focused service in line with the agreed service levelsCollaborate effectively with IT staff in the delivery of projects where applicableTo provide additional support for network, infrastructure, and communications systemsTo assist in infrastructure maintenance and documentationTo assist with hardware configuration, maintenance, and deploymentTo assist with software deploymentProvide cover within the IT team when requiredAssistance with client meetingsAbility to work extended hours and weekends if requiredProfileDemonstrable experience in providing IT support at all technical levels, and use of a dedicated helpdesk solution to manage support issuesDemonstrable knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system, and practical knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting this productExperience with CAD/Design based applications a distinct advantageExperience supporting Office 365 and TeamsExperience with standard desktop and cloud-based applications is essential i.e. MS Office, Adobe SoftwareExtended knowledge of computing hardwareWindows Server administrationActive Directory/Azure AD experience - User/Computer account creation and administrationWorking knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy ManagementDemonstrable knowledge of automated OS and software deployment.
