I am currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant for one of my clients in Stockholm. Your profile:3 years experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudConsultancy experience in Salesforce projectsConfiguration experience in Marketing Cloud is essentialVery good understanding of customer-oriented business processes in the areas of sales, marketing and serviceWillingness to take on responsibility for a project and initial experience in project management / controllingYou also have creative power and analytical and conceptual skills, speak fluent English and SwedenBachelor's Degree

Your tasks:Strategic advice on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT solutions in Marketing CloudBe the go-to person from all functional areas (IT / specialist area)Analysis, modelling and redesign of customer experience processes, components and systemsConception and requirements management of complex Salesforce-based software systemsControl and quality management of the implementation in distributed development teamsTakeover of the sub-project management as well as management of a project team and implementation of project controllingTechnical support of the sales department in preparing the offer (conception of the solution, cost estimation, ...)
