Job Title: Site SupervisorLocation: LondonSalary: Competitive, D.O.EJob Type: Full TimeDempsey Dyer are looking for Working Site Supervisors to work on our sites throughout the UK, particularly in the North, South, West of London. Candidates must have window fitting experience, be computer literate, be able to demonstrate excellent planning and communication skills and have a valid CSCS and SSSTS card.The Role:Main responsibilities:Perform pre installation checks on site and ensure standards are achieved with regard to quality and housekeeping.Ensure all operatives working on your site are inducted and follow the site specific RAMs.To organise and oversee the installation of windows and doors windows to programmeTo ensure Dempsey Dyer achieve all handover datesAttend site meeting with the clients to ensure both parties fully understand the site requirements.Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensue any changes or issues are fully documentedThe Candidate:Valid CSCS and SSSTSWindow and door fitting experienceA full driving licence.Experience of dealing directly with clients;Strong communicator with the ability to manage and coordinate logistics and installation teams.Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and its practical implications.Positive and flexible attitudeProactiveWork as part of a teamPossible working away from home Monday - Friday dependent on locationCompany Benefits: A competitive salaryVan and overnight allowance for meals if working away32 holidays including bank holidaysAuto-enrolment pension scheme.Please click the APPLY button and to submit your CV and Cover Letter.Candidates with experience or relevant job titles of; Site Manager, Construction Coordinator, Site Coordinator, Assistant Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor, Site Management, Construction Site Supervisor, Construction Site Manager, Construction Site Coordinator, Construction Site Manager, Construction Site Coordinator will also be considered for this role.
