If you are a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of financial systems, their usage and how the data within them is mapped then this is a tremendous opportunity to use your skills to save our planet. Join us and you will play a key role in reviewing the business processes and systems that form our current Financial eco-system as well as recommending improvements and efficiencies for a future state. This will include you carrying out an audit of current system processes and technologies, assessing flaws, identifying inconsistency, fit-for-purpose and potential solutions. You will work to understand requirements from internal and external stakeholders as well as data types and circulate findings and conclusions to stakeholders. You will also document and map business processes to identify requirements needed to deliver improved financial reporting and analysis.  Vital, will be the ability to use your knowledge of marketplace trends to provide recommendations on replacing outdated systems for a more sophisticated solution that will better enable us to deliver our strategic goals.

As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to have strong business process and technology change expertise. This will include performing impact analysis and system audits. You will be used to developing an understanding of business strategy and user requirements and translating that into a written specification for a technological solution. Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of financial systems, their usage and how the data within them is mapped, you will have a logical, structured approach to problem-solving. As an effective business analyst, you will possess good relationship management and communication skills too.
