My client requires a Responsible Investment (RI)/Risk Analyst in Canary Wharf - £264 per day - inside IR35

The Responsible Investment ( RI )/Risk analyst role is required to manage the Investment reporting process with focus on responsible investment/environmental, social and governance ( ESG ). The principal focus of the role is to develop and implement RI analysis and reporting. Further, it is to support the investment risk analyst in the maintenance and delivery of the Fund's reports. The role will also involve assisting the Investment risk analyst in promoting the functionality and capability of the investment risk system and the associated reporting.

The ESG component of the role will support the continued development and implementation of the Responsible Investment policy. This position will contribute to advancing RI Strategy best practice and assisting in the monitoring and engagement with external fund managers with regard to their RI approach and their compliance with the Fund's RI policy. The role will be responsible for developing internal RI reporting across asset classes to the CIOT and to the Board.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

Degree educated or equivalent

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent Excel/Database skills

High calibre individual

Experience and interest in investment risk across asset classes

Ability to work accurately and in an organised manner

Team player with good communication skills

Willingness to be flexible in order to meet deadlines

Good understanding of investment processes, security types and financial market data/Analytic
