C# .NET Core REACT - FX Options Team Lead - Investment Banking Looking for lead developer primarily for FX Options, working closely with the Trading and Quant teams. Skills Required Very strong development experience including .NET Core and REACT Detailed knowledge of FX Options (Candidates with detailed knowledge and pricing / risk development in another asset class will be considered) Good understanding of object-oriented principles e.g. SOLID and Testing Strategies Software team leadership Key Responsibilities: The role is for a project lead developer, focused primarily on FX Options, and involves working very closely with the Trading and Quant teams. The candidate must have strong software development and analytical skills, and experience of working very closely with a trading business. The main project is to deliver a new client for marketers and traders built on web technologies that delivers pricing, risk analysis and reporting capabilities. The systems the team develops and supports are classified as Tier 1 (business critical). Developers are expected to respond quickly to changing trader requirements and to issues escalated from the front line support team. The candidate must exhibit strong development team leadership and coding skills. They must be able to interact confidently with business users and quants and be responsible for the full software-development life cycle. Technologies used will be C# .NET CORE and REACT and very strong development skills are required. Back end analytics have been developed over a long period in C++ and a good working knowledge is desirable. Candidates will be expected to have a proven track record of delivery and a detailed knowledge of the systems they have worked on, having contributed significantly to their architecture and design.
