This employer is a Telecoms company with a difference. Due to expansion and their planned relocation of their office into new custom-built premises later in this year, they are looking for a new member to join the Project Management team.

You will work in their Exeter office and assist in the installation of Telephone systems and ancillary services into businesses for their customers. You will be:

- Communicating with customers to organise the installation of services and when they are reporting faults.

- Liaising with BT and other suppliers to makes sure that products and Engineers are in the right place at the right time to help them to deliver their award-winning, first-class Telephone solutions.

- Empathising and helping customers with their faults and providing first-level support on reporting faults through their Web Portals.

Required Skills

- To be a great communicator and act as a conduit between Engineers, Suppliers and the Customer.

- To have excellent organisational skills.

- To have a lively and outgoing personality.

- To have empathy with customers and be able to visualise their problems.

- The ability to work proactively on your own as well as part of a team.

- Have a methodical approach and work well under pressure.

- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- To be able to visualise and understand what is happening and work through a problem with the customer.

- To make a habit of providing excellent customer service.

£17,500 plus company pension, (reviewed after 6 months)
