Our client one of the largest global medical device and medical technology companies are looking to add a territory sales manager to the commercial team focusing on Robotic Dispensing Retail Territory Sales. This role is a field-based covering East England & Home Counties and will require occasional travel to HQ.The Business Unit focuses on the automation and digitalisation within healthcare environment. With a long history of developing and manufacturing solutions for pharmacies, hospitals and retail dispensaries, pharmaceutical organisations and other industry entities.Responsibilities:Improve the performance of the assigned territory by growing the sales orders and revenues of robotic automation and digital solutions to community pharmacies (Independents & Chains), Polyclinics and Animal Health clinics, hospitals or retailers.Segment and prioritise accounts.Prospect, develop and handle the community pharmacy segment to commercialise the full product range and solution offering.Build and maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline of opportunities, support accurate demand analysis and order forecasting.Document and update all sales opportunities in the CRMEngage with the Marketing Communications Manager on all prioritised local and national marketing initiatives and campaignsParticipate in external local and national conferences, trade shows and events.Create and maintain relationships with customer associations, partners and other market relevant companies within the defined sales territory and market.Prepare and participate in quarterly business reviews with the Sales Leader and Marketing Manager.Skills/QualificationsThe successful candidate will have commercial sales experience within the Primary Care environment.Ideally have sold automation capital and digital hardware & software solutions into retail pharmacists or similar experience.Ability to develop new areas such as non-acute settings such as animal health; beauty and optical etc.Either proven commercial sales experience or a pharmacist with an interest in developing their career in a more commercial direction.Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
