Leading solution design across areas of specialismSignificant experience with SAP FICO design (particularly in the CO module) Client DetailsAn multinational oil and gas company.DescriptionThe Solutions Analyst is a subject matter expert in solutions for transformation across the clients Global SAP systems. Highly knowledgeable in Record to Report, Source to Pay or Order to Cash processes and adept at working in an Agile way as part of a multi-functional team to deliver groundbreaking solutions to our customers. You will be required to use business and accounting knowledge to gain a detailed understanding of underlying business needs and the business value proposition, demonstrating technical know-how and expertise to propose solution options.

Leading solution design across areas of specialism ensuring integration with other solutions and alignment to governance frameworks.Providing specialist consultancy for business change.Investigating and evaluating options and prototyping solution designs.Understanding the functional product requirements and providing guidance on how the user stories will be implemented.Seeking out product/solution improvement opportunities.Crafting value through collaboration, innovation, experimentation, and through encouraging powerful partnerships with technical teams.Contribute to process review sessions, offer detailed system solution knowledge to assist with finding opportunities for re-alignment and standardisation.Providing expertise to maintain process maps, operating procedures and training materials, and support the delivery of training.You will advocate for standard methodology; will participate and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and input to ongoing continuous improvement.ProfileThe successful Solutions Analyst will be:Degree level or equivalent.Experienced at capturing business requirements, designing and improving processes & systems and systems deployment.Passionate about self-learning and highly driven towards solving problems and recommending excellent solutions.Significant experience with SAP FICO design (particularly in the CO module) including a solid understanding of transactional processes in a SAP environment.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.Team player who demonstrates willingness to share their knowledge with others.Adopting and embracing agile principles and agile ways of working.It is desirable for you to have an Accountancy qualification or part qualified (e.g. CIMA, CPA, ACA, ACCA).Highly effective influencing skills to optimally handle conflicting viewpoints to agree a way forward an advantage.It is desirable that you also possess detailed knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and have been exposed to the requirements of internal management reporting. Due to the setup of the business, it is important to have experience of multi-national organisations. Knowledge of Project Accounting and Plant Maintenance processes and their integration into Controlling / Profit Centre Accounting would be advantageous.Job OfferA competitive salary and flexible working.
