My client is a market leading and internationally respected manufacturing company which specializes in the end to end design & production of bespoke, innovative solutions for a huge range of market sectors. They have grown from strength to strength since their humble founding and are on track to open a second manufacturing facility. Due to rapid growth and standpoint in the market they are looking to take on a Design Engineer to assist the wider engineering team drive product innovation.

This is a diverse and interesting role, days will be incredibly varied. Key responsibilities will include using 2D and 3D CAD software to assist team with design tasks, using the companies MRP system to oversee the manufacturing process and testing new and existing prototypes.

The role:

* Design Engineer

* Monday to Friday days based role

* Assisting with design and innovation of new and existing products

The person:

* Electrical or mechanical design engineer

* Degree in design engineering or product design
