Fixed Term 12 Months

£30,000 - £45,000 + Holiday + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented WordPress Developer to join a rapidly expanding company on a 12 Month Fixed term basis where you can influence the development of their frontend web applications.

The company is a growing telecommunications business looking to improve connectivity speeds across some of the UK's most underserved communities. They are focused on delivering the highest quality service to reach their goals of two times growth and successful delivery of 500,000 homes by 2025.

The ideal candidate will have proven commercial experience as a frontend and WordPress Developer, Confident with HTML5, CSS, SASS and JavaScript. And proficient with PHP and WordPress CMS.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business looking to rapidly grow and offer multiple routes for progression in a technically challenging role offering autonomy, training and an excellent benefits package.

The Role:

*Develop high performance frontend code for responsive web interfaces

*Maintain keen focus on usability and user experience

*Develop highly usable web applications

*Integrate third party API & CMS solutions with WordPress

*Participate in entire application lifecycle, focusing on UI and UX

The person:

*Experienced Frontend WordPress Developer

*Strength using HTML5, CSS, SASS and JavaScript

*Proficient with PHP and WordPress

*Experience of working with source control systems (Git, SVN)

*Experience of React or Angular desirable

*Experience working with e-commerce transactions in a WordPress or similar environment desirable.
