The Role/Candidate:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced passionate, reliable, and meticulous person to join a close knit, highly collaborative team in our 'Best in Class' niche software company.

Your duties will include:

  • Lead and work closely with our small technical team on existing and new projects, using: .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, Agile, HTML. CSS, and SQL.
  • Adding new and maintaining features to our high performance, responsive software.
  • Ensure new features are expertly designed, tested, de-bugged, verified and ready for integration.
  • Involvement with the entire product lifecycle from suggestions to deployment.
  • Write new and update existing software tests.
  • Write documentation as appropriate.

Desired skills:

  • Strong experience of the above languages.
  • Experience of API design would be beneficial.
  • Experience with the use of Azure is essential.
  • You will need to have an excellent eye for detail.
  • Someone who uses a range of learning resources to develop new skills, such as online, books or trial and error.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • You'll also need to be reliable and have a can-do approach to your workload. Asking questions is often key to developing new skills quickly but you will also be required to research and learn things by yourself.
