The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of a Senior Business Analyst role on the Application Development Team. As a Senior Business Analyst you will mentor others, develop best practice & own stakeholder relationships, so being good with people is a must. Your logical side will also be essential as you investigate problems and model complex situations across the business. The job will see you working with all aspects of the business so you could be dealing with the general public, front line staff or headquarters departments like HR or Operations to name a few. Each development will bring different challenges and different opportunities to grow your skills whilst supporting the CPS to deliver justice. If you have previous experience in a Business Analyst role, you could be a real asset to our team. You will be a key member of an Agile delivery team which develops applications and services that assist in the advancement of CPS Digital Capability. Leading larger or more complex projects, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their ways of working and processes, and the context in which they need our applications to operate for them. You will have opportunities to develop your career further, including using your Individual Learning Account (ILA) to attend training courses and get the chance to shadow colleagues in order to gain different perspectives.
