Our financial services client is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team as part of natural growth within the department. The Financial Support Team (FST) Project Manager reports directly to the Director of the Financial Support Team UK CMB. The role holder will have responsibility for supporting the Director of FST UK CMB in leading a team of two Business Analysts who play a significant role in implementing the implementation of the Back Office Operation in India.

Ensuring that our significant transition programmes leads to a smooth implementation and transition to BAU. This includes upfront involvement in defining requirements, considering solutions against audience analysis, identifying and mitigating key change risks, and helping identify opportunities for early realisation of benefits.

They should be high in energy, have a sense of urgency, be driven and have the ability to learn quickly and tackle complex problems. They should be outcome focussed. The team works with the Business to ensure that all aspects of change has been considered, to ensure a smooth Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:Process mapping of all onshore and offshore procedures - c.200 processes (External BA resource to be secured to map)FTE validation of the operation, this will be supported by Directors Onshore Ops team and Credit ServicesCMB coordinator for all Performance Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements with Credit ServicesCMB coordinator for finance / boundary change with Credit ServicesTraining plan creation to enable us to transition the work, onboard new individuals and upskill them in time to conclude our transition (Q4 2021/Q1 2022)Strong project management experience with the ability to use project Governance such as milestone planning, RAID log management etcReporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or programme leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making, in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisationEngagement with the Global CMB, UK WPB, UK CMB Segments and key stakeholders across UK CMB functionsShare Knowledge, experience and best practices with junior employees within immediate team and promote a collective culture to spread experience and best practice.Reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project or programme leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making, in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisationLine Management responsibilities for Business Analysts x 2Demonstrates client's Values of "Treating Customer Fairly"

Key Requirements:Project Management Qualification i.e. PRINCE2 or equivalentExtensive business knowledge or banking experienceA broad understanding of financial budgets/statements/models, with experience of analysing data effectively for planning, forecasting and reportingEffective communication skills.Proven track record in project and programme deliveryKnowledge of the marketplace and the competitionAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasksAbility to gather, analyse and interpret comprehensive information and/or customer requirements in order to provide solutionsExcellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiencesAnticipates and identifies risks and ensures appropriate steps are taken to mitigate and manage themInfluencing skills and ability to builds positive working relationships with our customers, colleagues and stakeholderPlanning and organisational skills in order to manage the unexpected as well as anticipated issues or events, so that success can still be achievedA broad understanding of financial budgets/statements/models, with experience of analysing data effectively for planning, forecasting and reporting
