Technical Software Architects - Wireless are urgently sought by this leading wireless communications provider to be based at their R+D Centre in Espoo Finland (other Finnish locations could also be available). The Technical Software Architects - Wireless will be focussing on SoC software architecture and 5G chipset software architecture for Layer 1 processing. This will include DSPs and ASIPs. The Technical Software Architects - Wireless will be responsible for producing technical specifications for software architectures and for contributing to the SoC software strategy. The Technical Software Architects - Wireless will be working on next generation and emerging wireless chipsets. The successful candidates will have extensive experience producing embedded software and software at hardware / bare metal / SoC level aimed at the wireless communications market. You will have a great understanding of SoC/FPGA or signal processing development and have multiple years experience producing embedded real time software under Linux in C. Any exposure to RTOS, Radio standards (5G, LTE etc.) or simulation platforms would be beneficial. You will also need fluent English language skills.
