Corporate Sales Administrator - LondonThe location of the role is London / remote (mostly on site in Paddington).The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour.The duration of the role is 4 months.The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.Job purpose The team are going live with corporate hampers (gifts) in the near future. This is a manual process, which requires administration and customer service support.Key accountabilities and measuresWorking as part of a corporate sales team, specifically on the orders of corporate hampers from businesses/clientsHigh value hamper ordersHandle queries from the clients, working to ensure these are resolved in due courseWork is process driven - follow an established process,SLAs, etc. g. stock control process is in place - observe this and ensure customer queries are picked up appropriatelyBasic closing of sales with corporate clientsLiaise with corporate customers, accounts teams, warehouse teams and business development managerKey skills Strong administration skills and attention to detailExperience with Excel is required - numeracy skillsStrong communicator - comfortable liaising with various stakeholders over the telephone and email in a professional mannerSales & Service environment admin support experience preferred, but not requiredPersonableKey relationships and stakeholdersAccounts teamWarehouse teamBusiness development manager
