The IT Support Technician will be part of a dynamic team in an exciting business experiencing massive growth. You will be helping support users with a variety of issues. Key Responsibilities:Handle all 1st/2nd line support requestsLogging of all support requests from sites across the UKDiagnose, problem solve and fix where possible, or hand over to relevant support providers if requiredFollow up/chase support providers in accordance with contracted SLA'sEscalate through the team if necessaryEnsure IT assets are logged and tracked ProfileKey Skills & Experience:Previous support experiencePrevious experience of helpdesk systems and remote management toolsGood and broad understanding of PC Hardware and ability to diagnose faultsExperience with Office 365 and their associated software packagesITIL v3 or v4 desirable but not essentialAbility to prioritise workload with support tickets and requestsExcellent customer service and communication skillsDriving License is requiredJob OfferSalary: £20,000 - £25,000
