The Project Development Analyst can be based in any of our national offices, and will join the Pension Wise team in supporting the development and improvement of this exciting and evolving service. This role involves working with the Project Development Manager to provide data analysis, research and project management support to the wider service delivery team and funder.  We're looking for someone who has exceptional analytical and communication skills, who is comfortable in presenting data and making recommendations based on your research. You'll be adept at building effective working relationships with stakeholders, and you'll have experience of investigating service problems using, for example, stakeholder interviews, data analysis and desk-based research. You'll be comfortable managing projects within established project management methodologies, and identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement.  The National Citizens Advice Operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
