Business Analyst Team Manager Negotiable, travel to RCN locations will be a requirement of this role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (circumstances will arise that require hours to be worked flexibly), Permanent Could you be our new Business Analyst Team Manager? At the RCN Group we are ambitious about our future and we are looking for people who can help shape how we transform. This newly created post will work in the Transformation and Innovation Department, which is part of the Transformation, Innovation and Digital Directorate. We have already successfully implemented ‘Quick Wins' and now we need someone to help scale our transformation effort. Working across the Group and with all directorates this role will coach our established business analyst to excel, creating a new team to ensure firm foundations are set to improve our transformation and innovation. We are looking for a Business Analyst Team Manager that is committed to identification of the right change and can bring knowledge and expertise to best solve and improve upon business problems. Someone who can proactively work with others, embraces cultural, digital and business transformation. You will have room to shape the work of your team, introduce new methods, developing skills and recruit new talent.
