The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of a Business Analyst role on the Application Development Team.

Working as part of an agile development team you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the tools used to support our business, utilise your existing skills and gain many more as we expand the scope of our deliveries.

As a Business Analyst you will manage stakeholder relationships, help teams to manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to agreed minimum viable product, so being good with people is a must. Your logical side will also be essential as you investigate problems and evaluate and establish requirements of the business.

The job will see you working with all aspects of the business, so you could be dealing with the general public, front line staff or headquarters departments like HR or Operations to name a few. Each development will bring different challenges and different opportunities to grow your skills whilst supporting the CPS to deliver justice.

You will have opportunities to develop your career further, including using your Individual Learning Account (ILA) to attend training courses and get the chance to shadow colleagues in order to gain different perspectives. You will be supported in your progression, with access to various promotion opportunities.
