Responsible for effectively managing the OEM/ODM sales business in Europe with focus on IOT, Consumer, Networking, and 5G market segments. Identify and drive closure of new business opportunities. Translate customer needs into clear business case and product requirements. Coordinate with Product/Project Management and Engineering to meet customer requirements and resolve customer issues. Grow customer satisfaction, manage design win pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   EDUCATION:         
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.  MBA preferred EXPERIENCE:      
8+ years in similar direct sales in EU wireless industryExperience in working with Operator and ODM customers/manufacturers a plusAntenna sales experience highly desiredPrevious work history in working for US or European companiesKNOWLEDGE:    
Strong understanding of wireless systems and technologiesExperience with Salesforce/other customer relationship management software

Superior interpersonal, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.     Excellent written and verbal communication in English.  Strong team player  Strategic thinker.    SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in line with company strategy.Secure design-ins.  Work with internal stake-holders to negotiate price and business terms.  Document customer visits, product requirements, sample feedback, marketing input, and other information to facilitate communication between the customer and TAC.Document account strategy for key accounts and review periodically with management team. Obtain preferred/qualified vendor status at key customers.  Facilitate the negotiation of purchase agreements and related contractual agreements.Work with TAC design team to meet customer requirements. Provide input to product management and engineering on the business and technical trends at the customer.Establish clear sales objectives by account and provide revenue forecasts on regular monthly basis. Work with Sales VP for long-term strategic account planning.Demonstrate leadership through effective sales skills and professional conduct.  Build strong relationships with key decision makers at the customer.Understand IOT, Consumer, Networking, and 5G markets/technology to provide inputs and alignment with customer roadmap.
