Solution Architect (m/f/d) Are you an experienced Solution Architect (m/f/d) looking for a new project? Our client, a large robotics company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity for freelance. Your role as Solution Architect (m/f/d) Lead the overall solution design of various CTI solutions, with the strong focus on integration with Salesforce Platform.Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to technical, functional design. Support Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to support decisions for new or changed CTI solutionsCollect, document and review business requirementsProvide a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagementUnderstand the customer journey and business value realisationDefine solutions fulfilling customer requirements, ensuring leverage of best practicesEnsure functional specification are well documented (HLD - High Level design and technical design documentation)Support testing activities (including UAT)Share solution design principles and architecture with business stakeholdersLead continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realisation Required skills7+ years of experience in CTI solutions working as Business Analyst or Solution Architect (preferred)3+ years of experience on designing call centres architectureTechnical expertise: Automatic Call Distributor, Computer Telephony Integration, Contact Centre Architecture, Voice Encryption Methodologies & Types, Network expertise- LAN / WANExperience with call centre Cloud based solutionsExperience with Salesforce Further informationLocation: Zurich, Switzerland start date: September 2021/ latest October 2021 duration: 6-9 months Interested?
