WAF Specialist (Web Application Firewall)12 Months contractFully remote work available Position SummaryOur client is looking for an information security professional with expert level skill within the Web Application Firewall scope of services and technology. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the key technologies used to provide the service to include, Gartner "Leaders" in this scope. The position will require supporting WAF services for both Internal and commercial servicesPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, support and maintain WAF infrastructureCollaborate as necessary with network and application supportManage, tune and troubleshoot policy configurationsAssist with and support security incidents with CSIRTEngage and collaborate with vendor on issues and incidentsEducation/Experience RequirementsCISSP Preferred5+ years experience supporting WAF services in a large enterprisePossess extensive implementation OWASP and WAFEC, especially as it relates to WAF configurations for complex SAP and Oracle application environmentsPassion to work as a member of a team focused on constant improvement and excellenceDemonstrate an ability and desire to be creative and voice out-of-the-box solutions to problemsIf this role is of interest to you, please submit your CV in the first instance.
