Rare and exciting role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to work for a rapidly expanding, award winning business, working on exciting multi million pound projects where you will be fully supported to become Chartered and progress your career.

This dynamic, forward thinking business specialise in the design, development and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects for a range of blue chip and leading organisations across the globe. They have seen massive growth over the past 3 years and work with a number of growing sectors within food manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, energy and distribution. They are looking to invest into the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, that they can provide training and development opportunities.

In this role you will work on multi-disciplinary industrial and commercial facilities ranging in value from a couple of million up to £50 million. These complex builds require a Quantity Surveyor with knowledge of JCT contracts and experience in the industry. You will be responsible for producing cost estimates and Bill of Quantities, managing the procurement process, producing tender packs and evaluating tenders, managing the change control process during construction and managing contractor payments.

The Person;

· Quantity Surveyor

· Must be ambitious and looking to progress

· Must live local to Cheltenham or serious about relocating to the area

· Must have a valid UK passport for travel purposes
