We are looking for someone that has about 3 yrs experience within a similar role and is used to working as part of a small teamBased in Milton Keynes, driver preferred, but not essentialClient DetailsUK based company Description Handling and resolving IT support requestsMonitoring IT environmentScheduling and releasing operating system and application updates.Building, configuring, and deploying new computer hardware such as desktops and laptops.Maintaining existing IT infrastructure (Desktops, servers, printers etc)AzureAd and Office365 administrationMS Active Directory administrationProducing and maintaining technical documentationProfile Essential:Implementing and maintaining MS Active Directory environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs)Deploying and maintaining Windows 10 desktops and Windows Servers (including Hyper-V)Office365 applications including Outlook and TeamsTroubleshooting of hardware /software issues and handling support requests.Excellent communication skills Desireable:WSUS patchingPowershell CLISQL Server administrationNetwork infrastructure (switches, cabling, WiFi etc.)Understanding/experience of security appliances such as FirewallsMobile Device Management (MDM) including MS Endpoint Manager (Intune)Microsoft CertificationsComptia A+ or Server+ qualificationsJob OfferPlease apply/ring to enquirecompetitive benefits
