They manufacture a broad range of products within a fast-growing sector, covering products within assisted living, thermostat through to smart and grid meters. They are seeking an ambitious individual to step into a supervisory position and oversee the daily activities of interesting installation project across two different divisions within the business.In this role you'll be responsible for the delivery of projects on time and in budget for their Pump Efficiency and Assisted Living divisions. You'll be managing the remote service teams, dealing with H&S compliance, managing people power onsite as well as being the main to go to for external customer interaction. You'll receive on-the-job training in either one of the sectors that you are less familiar with.This role can be split between their offices in Chandlers Ford and WFH. You may sometimes be needed to travel to site as and when required.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a management role working for a global manufacturing business who will train you up in their product range across several divisions.The Role:

*Managing the Field Service Team

*Overseeing Project Delivery of Installations

*Managing time-scales and project budgets

*Hybrid working between office and WFH, with some requirements to travel out UK to attend project sitesThe Person:

*Previous experience in a Management/Team Leading/Supervisory role

*HNC/HND or Apprenticeship served in M&E Engineering

*Any Industrial Sector considered

*Experience with remote management

*Experience with external customer interaction
