Role: Product ManagerSkills: - Experience working in the Insurance or Financial Sector, very high attention to detail, Product Management, working closely with Stakeholders, Product Road mapping, Structuring development to balance risk, cost and opportunity and Management of external integration partners (API, Data exchange)I have a client who are looking to hire a Product Manager on a permanent basis.Although this role is fully remote, we have offices in Cardiff and Maidenhead and due to the nature of this work you will need to travel to each site on occasion.The company are a highly successful Insurance company who are scaling at pace, they have over 50,000 customers and have only been going for just over 3 years. Their biggest clients are within Car and Travel insurance. You will need to have the following skills: Experience working in the Insurance or Financial Sector, very high attention to detail, Product Management, working closely with Stakeholders, Product Road mapping, Structuring development to balance risk, cost and opportunity and Management of external integration partners (API, Data exchange).Dependent on your level and experience salaries are ranging up to £70,000 per annum.This role will be for you to introduce accountability to Stakeholders and the Development team, using KPIs to measure success and putting time scales in place. Effectively you will be in the driving seat and will take a rigorous approach. We are also looking for evidence of previous Product Management.
