They offer flexible solutions that respond to the needs of trade, distribution, rental and installation for businesses operation in the wholesale and retail sectors.The Role (Exact ERP Consultant)As an Exact ERP Consultant you will be working full-time with our clients located around Utrecht with 3-4 days per week being on site with the clients. The clientele mainly consist of SME's in the retail and wholesale sectors based around the Netherlands. You will be the primary point of contact between the client and the software provider for the duration of the implementation to assist in customisation of the Exact ERP system. You should already have a firm understanding of the business processes that will be optimised through the implementation of of the ERP system.ResponsibilitiesYou will have to account for different business processes and advise the clients on how to best use the ERP system. Training for key users (and possibly end users) will be your responsibility as well guiding users through the implementation of the ERP system. You will also have to create functional specifications for possible customisation if there are no solutions within the standard functionality of the system. The role also includes managerial responsibilities as you will have to coordinate a team on the execution of tasks that don't fall directly under your responsibility.Your QualitiesHBO or University education preferably in a business related fieldWork experience that combines ICT and business processes in customer/supplier context3+ Years of Exact ERP experience or similar ERP systemExperience in the wholesale industry is preferredYou have a good understanding of how a business functions from the big-picture to smaller detailsYou enjoy making processes more efficient and user-friendlyYou have strong communication skills with both spoken and written DutchBenefitsA competitive compensation package (8% holiday allowance, company car, pension)26 vacation days per yearGrowth opportunitiesExtra product training and certification
