We're recruiting for a Corporate Application Services Analyst to join our customer focused team to deliver first class support to our corporate customers.
  
About the role


As our Corporate Application Services expert you'll deliver first class Corporate application support to our customers as part of a customer focussed team.

You'll be responsible for administering and supporting digital systems, including Sitecore. You will conduct appropriate triage, troubleshooting and effective digital and applications support providing an effective service to prevent any adverse impact of customer experience through excessive lead times.    About you
  

With previous application support experience, primarily CMS, Finance, HR and SharePoint, you'll have knowledge of SQL and ITIL knowledge and experience, formal certification preferred.

You'll also have technical knowledge and practical experience of: 
- Microsoft operating systems (desktop and server)
- Monitoring Tools
- Service Management tools (Cherwell)
- Software as a service (SAAS) knowledge - Sitecore

With excellent attention to detail, you'll be able to develop strong working relationships with the team and colleagues across the business and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. You'll be able to triage and diagnose end-user issues efficiently and will remain calm under pressure and focused.

You'll have knowledge of prioritisation and escalation techniques and will be a team player with the ability to encourage others and adopt a positive "can do" attitude.   About us

Interview process 


The interview process will be held over MS Teams.    The BHF is currently following Government guidelines regarding working from home. Although the role is based in London, the expectation is that once restrictions are eased, we will follow a blended approach between office and home working.
