£30,000 - £40,000 (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) Opportunities for Permanent Position.

Excellent role on offer for a Project Manager looking to work for an established company where you will be working on technically interesting projects whilst having an opportunity to work on major heritage schemes in the South West.

Are you a Project Manager with a construction or engineering background? Are you looking to join a specialist company that specialise in restoration of heritage sites?

This ground-breaking company specialise in heritage builds using sustainable technology and are revolutionising the way the industry operate. They have recently seen huge growth due to considerable investment into the business and have recently won a very lucrative construction projects. Due to this growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their close-knit but growing team.is a role where you will be responsible for two functions within the build process. You will be the primary point of contact in relation to any site matters whilst working alongside the technical specialists to resolve problems and update the client. When you are not required on between two offices both based in Salisbury with some days spent out on site with the team.

This is a varied and interesting role which would ideally suit an experienced Project Manager from a construction or engineering background who is looking for a varied, stable role with an established company that are very well known for their restoration projects on some of Britain's greatest landmarks.

The Role:Supporting the project teams in the management and delivery of projects;Ensuring that project risks are clearly identified, understood and managed;Supporting the team in client liaison/management;Ensuring a smooth/clear flow of required information for all those involved in each project;Resource planning and clearly communicating deadlines and timeframes;Assisting in the financial management of the project;Negotiating with and procuring subcontractors;Assisting in the compilation of monthly management reports;

The desirable skills, experience and qualifications you will need are:Degree qualified or equivalentExperience with a range of project management techniquesMinimum Of 3 Years' Experience Postgraduate or equivalent in a project management related disciplineConfidence with clients, meetings and project management dutiesAn ability in negotiating with team and client representativesExcellent communication, numeracy and IT skills.Experience in the construction or engineering sectors preferred
