My client large global brand is looking for an experienced UX Designer on a 6 month contract. The role can be based virtual and Inside IR35.We are looking for a talented UX Designer with background in UI Design to join the Knowledge management and learning capabilities . The team is set up to provide in-house design expertise for several products within this space. The successful candidate will shape end-to-end experiences in cross-functional teams, helping shape the future of products and services. * At least 3 years of experience as UX designer

* Experience in creating UX artefacts - Journey maps, low-res and hi-res prototypes, and wireframes

* Demonstrable skills in design tools like Axure, Sketch and Invision

* Knowledge / experience of inclusive design and accessibility standards

* Knowledge / experience of working to an agile delivery methodology 1. Facilitate product design, from concept stage right through to development with the use of IA, wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys

2. Working with cross-functional teams, ranging from User Experience Designers, Content Designers, and Engineers to Product Managers.

3. Incorporate/action research findings to help define the scope of projects/enhancements being worked on.

4. Ensure our experience standards and service principles are always adhered to, continuously monitoring their effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to improve
