£45'000 - £60'000 Basic + Bonus (3-5k) + Good Pension + Healthcare Scheme + Benefits

Unique opportunity for a commercial proposals manager with an electrical background to work for a global leader in their industry. They are looking for a proposals manager to take the lead for all front of house enquiries from customers from initial pricing to orders. This is an amazing opportunity to join a true leader, in an important role for the business, where you will play a pivotal part in a small but highly specialist team.

Your role will include;

* Proposals manager - office based with WFH opportunities

* Managing the bid process

* Pricing, T's and C's, taking enquiries to order stage

* Working with designers / applications engineers to assist bid management

* Travelling to Europe regularly in first few months

You will be;

* Electrically qualified (HND minimum) OR experience from HV / substations / similar

* Commercial background - as a proposals manager, costings manager, contracts manager or similar role

* Happy to travel regularly in the first few months (European, 1-2 weeks at a time)

* Commutable to Belfast / Craigavon (Serious relocators considered)
