The company develop their own SaaS platform which is primarily used within the retail industry. The platform itself allows the users to enhance their relationship with customers with a range of functions allowing for a much more personal and data driven approach.To name a few ways of doing this includes:- Using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning to predict future purchases, market trends and what products someone might be interested in.- The platform can gather huge amounts of data from purchasing history to where you have ordered previous products from and allow companies to customise their marketing towards that.- The platform also runs campaigns, loyalty rewards and marketing methods to allow again, customised strategies. All of these areas are completely revolved around technology and the company invest into the latest technologies, techniques and strategies on the market. The opportunity we have is for a senior developer to join the team and work across the full Microsoft development space.
