The Technology Solutions Analyst will be an advocate for technology and partner across all areas of the Trust to encourage and influence the wider use of technology to move the trust towards being a digital organisation.Client DetailsNot for profit organisation based in Reading.DescriptionThis role will undertake business analysis and project management activities to translate business need into technology solutions, with involvement through all project phases. It will work across prospective and current programmes as well as across our corporate services, interacting with various forums to evaluate and prioritise business needs. The Technology Solutions Analyst will also support the wider development of the Global IT team processes that will deliver a Global IT framework for applications, operations, Infrastructure, and securityProfile? Qualified to degree level in a related subject, hold a Business Analysis certificate, or demonstrate thorough experience at an appropriate level of knowledge.? Prince 2 Foundation level qualified or similar.Good understanding of Agile Project Management.? Good understanding of analysis methodologies.? Good understanding of software development tools, testing methodologies, application and database performance, web services technologies.? Experience of planning and facilitating workshops using a range of methodologies to engage with business users and gather requirements.? Experience in documenting these requirements, sourcing suppliers, solution design, procurement processes for supplier selection, and implementation.? Project management experience, working within a framework like Prince 2, of the full delivery lifecycle.? Experience of managing IT applications for a large global organisation, 1000 plus users.?
