Job title - Senior Business Analyst Location - LondonRate - £522.50 PAYE Start date - ASAPContract - 4 months initially Our financial services client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the London office/remote working, this contract will be for 4 months. Main Responsibilities: Implementation of next generation ETD back-office technology solution and its associated operational workflows (XTP)Tactical & Strategic ETD and OTC Clearing workflow solutions to enable House & Client business for new products and services launched by the CCPsEnhancements to the strategic solution for OTC Clearing utilising a market-leading vendor product (Calypso)Further delivery of regulatory and business driven change on multiple Technology platforms (eg. ION RANsys/XTP, FIS Intellimatch, Calypso, Merit)Ensuring that all analysis is performed to a high standard and in accordance with HSBC project governance principlesEngaging with all internal project stakeholders to ensure requirements are metEnsuring that all project documentation is produced to the highest quality, on time and with appropriate sign-offs obtained.Working closely with colleagues in BAU Operations, Technology and the Business to ensure that processes are implemented appropriately & in accordance with stakeholder expectations and regulatory / compliance protocols Knowledge and experience: Process mapping & analysisRequirements gatheringDocumentation preparation for testing and management of testing phase with SMEsProcess re-engineeringVery strong investigative skillsGood understanding of operational riskExcellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholdersVery strong communication, escalation and issue management skills.Operations experience at a top tier broker or Investment BankETD product and system knowledge highly desirableETD Operations knowledge is prefered If you are relevant or interested please don't delay, apply now.
