ITSM Technology ConsultantLocation: ReadingSalary: £35,000-£50,000 My Client are currently searching for a ITSM Technology Consultant who has a strong background in understanding complicated technical issue, providing solutions and communicating it with key stakeholders or customers alike. Strong background with ITSM methodologies, especially ITIL.The role will have you working closely with the senior management teams, and will have you providing support to a range of individuals. Here, communication skills are vital to translate technical/non-technical information to key parties. Key Skills Degree or equivalentITIL service management expertProject management experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbal3 - 5 Years software development in either of these technologies - Cherwell, Freshworks.Ability to communicate effectively to clients and colleagues alike - excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel - essential Desirable skillsBachelor of Science in computer science or similar technical discipline.Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.
