Remote (UK Based)
Up to £40'000 + Healthcare + Discounts + Pension + Holidays
A brilliant opportunity for a BREEAM Consultant to join an expanding and growing company with large influxes of diverse and exciting projects.

They aim to provide brilliant services to their clients and customers, helping them to comply with the building regulations and environmental legislations, as they offer their innovative ideas to achieve long term environmental and economic value.
The role involves carrying out BREEAM assessments, attending design team meetings to develop BREEAM strategies and completing the delivery of commercial assessments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in BREEAM and completing BREEAM assessments and/or be BREEAM qualified (not essential). You will have a good understanding of building regulations concerning energy and sustainability, and be good at technical report writing and communication.

* Delivering BREEAM assessments

The Person:
* BREEAM experience and/or BREEAM Qualified
* BREEAM assessments experience
* Strong communication skills
* Able to write technical reports.
