The Role of the UX Researcher includes:Pure User Researcher role to support the Service Designers, BA, POs, UX Team to establish and identify user journeys and user needs.Establishing and embedding user centricity in all the Internal and External Digital services.Client DetailsMy Client is a Central Government Organisation that supports every National Government/Public facing establishments.DescriptionThis will be a pure Researcher role and the responsibilities for the UX Researcher includes:Qual/Quant Analysis of users to establish User needs/personas/journeys etc.Establishing and Evaluating User needs and roadmaps to positively benefit this organisations Digital transformation project.Managing and discussing the feasibility and benefits of what features will be required for users.No participant recruitment required (Yay!).ProfileThe Successful UX Researcher will have:Experience of deploying and extracting Qual/Quat research from large amounts of users.The ability to pivot between project to project at different stages of the Product Development lifecycle.A good understanding of GDS Standards and best methods of ethnographic and representative Research methods.Stakeholder Management experience with both Technical and Non-technical Stakeholders.A confident, unique and enthusiastic personality would be beneficial (The team is filled with very sociable characters!).Job OfferThe Successful UX Researcher will enjoy:A Great opportunity to work for the Government to make a different to the Nations processes.The chance to work in a highly collaborative and very friendly, user centric team.Incredibly Flexible Working arrangements and additional Holiday days.Additional opportunities to be supported and funded to gain additional training and qualifications (with 5 additional paid Learning/Training days per year).A plethora of additional benefits/perks that comes with working for the Government (Volunteer leave Days, subsidised travel, WFH, sickness/well-being support schemes.A solid 10 month contract which is prospected to be extended.Salary between £52K - £64K (Dependant on experience).
