Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring an additional engineering manager into their leadership team.In this role, you will drive functional excellence through the strong leadership of the engineering team and equipment on site. You will support the delivery of tactical and strategic operational objectives by defining & deploying effective reliability and project engineering activities. Your key focuses in this role will be leadership, continuous improvement, technical, maintenance and GMP.

The Role:Engineering ManagerLeading a team of 12 engineersProviding effective leadership, driving continuous improvement and GMPAdding innovative ideas and delivering on key strategies Working closely with Production, Quality, Health & Safety, Innovation and Facilities£65'000 - 70'000 + 10% Bonus, Progression to Director, Mentorship, Healthcare and Pension.
