Job Title: Scrum MasterContract Length: 6 Months (2 Year Migration Project)Rate: NegotiableStart Date: ASAPOutside IR35 DescriptionDue to our recent growth, we're on the hunt for a Scrum Master. You will be working on an implementation project for a large Telco customer. This role will support a major Salesforce implementation project. The position will work with business stakeholders to ensure the prioritisation and implementation of changes for Salesforce and its applications and systems.ResponsibilitiesLead the successful implementation of large scale, enterprise Salesforce projects through effective scope, timeline and budget managementDevelop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for all assigned initiativesManage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Predictive Agile delivery methodologiesUse a variety of delivery management tools to manage Sprint progress, Sprint reviews, Sprint retrospectives, resource capacity and Level of EffortBe the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensures adherence to Salesforce leading practice and governanceFacilitate meetings, mentor teams of junior resources and effectively manage customer escalationsPerform effective project closure activities at the completion of the project to include final billing, launch assessment readiness, customer handoff, project retrospective, and customer satisfaction surveyRequirements Required Experience:5+ years experience in an Enterprise Management Consulting environment (or a strong knowledge of the Telecommunications industry)3+ years implementation experience delivering in waterfall, agile or predictive agile Enterprise Salesforce or CRM projectsConfident and thoughtful personality with the ability to adapt styles to multiple types of customers and personalitiesSuccessful track record serving as a Scrum Master for enterprise CRM implementation and technology initiativesExperienced in project methodologies and agile deliveryPlease send your CV to [email protected] or call me direct on 0203 879 8405
